Integral Summer Retreat - August 26–31, 2025
How to live a spiritual life in the 21st century in the West?
What is a transformative lifestyle?
Our answer: the Integral Lifestyle
Integral Life is actually a new culture of health and spiritual consciousness, which is gaining ground in Hungary as well. We practice this holistic lifestyle again this summer at the Integral Retreat, which is a living workshop of the integral lifestyle, led by Hungary's leading integral expert, Bence Gánti.
Registration is open!
Relaxation and inner recharge are guaranteed through shared spiritual and psychological self-development practices, as well as positive, uplifting company. Every retreat so far has been successful, and its effects lasted for months in participants’ lives. One participant, a pilot, compared it to thermal currents: "Just like gliders are lifted by warm currents before they soar, the retreat quickly lifts me up — and I live off that for months!" For many, this retreat offers a life-changing experience and model.
The retreat includes the following elements:
- Flow: group process and deep presence
- Meditation: silence and clarity
- Spiritual music and drumming
- Healthy eating
- Healthy lifestyle: sports, hiking
- Being close to nature
Your response helps organizers understand the group composition and does not affect your chances of participation.
Bence Gánti, Retreat Leader
Bence Gánti is a psychologist with a holistic approach, who has been working for twelve years to spread the integral approach in Hungary. Alongside teaching theory, he considers practical work the key to personal transformation. One highlight of his work is the intensive, multi-day retreat format of the “Integral retreat,” where he shares what cannot be conveyed through lectures or single-day group sessions. The camp is also an integral “lifestyle training retreat.” Bence holds three such events annually in Hungary and similar programs abroad upon invitation (USA, Germany, Russia, Bulgaria).
The retreat is for you — whether you are a student of the Integral Academy or someone new who wants to experience this approach firsthand.
If you are an INTA student, this is an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge. Many say this completes the integral experience and initiation.
No matter where you come from, everyone quickly forms a unified group, creating the “we” experience.

SPECIAL RULES FOR COUPLES, SPOUSES, AND RELATIVES
Integral retreats are intense, self-experiential therapeutic group retreats. These are primarily for independent individuals who wish to work on themselves. Therefore, couples, spouses, and relatives attending such groups are special cases and may only join by honestly following the rules below. Conscious couples, spouses, or relatives (e.g., mother-daughter, father-son, etc.) may desire a vacation with a touch of self-discovery. These camps go deeper than that. Sometimes one person is ready for the process and tries to convince the other to join, but the other is not ready. Forcing someone into such a process is psychological coercion—even if well-intentioned. This dynamic can already be seen at the start.
Therefore, in order to protect both the couple and the group, we can only accept couples, spouses, and close relatives under the following conditions:
1) Both members of the couple or relatives register and attend the retreat of their own free will.
One person must not persuade or drag the other along against their will.
2) Both members must register independently.
Each person must apply using their own email address and complete the registration form themselves—no one can fill it out for the other, even for reasons like “convenience” or “saving time.” This step is part of the psychological process.
3) Both participants must indicate in their registration that their partner or relative is also attending, including their name.
They must openly disclose their relationship to the organizers, group leaders, and other participants from the start.
4) Couples or relatives must stay in separate rooms.
They cannot stay in the same room; instead, they will be housed separately, with men and women grouped accordingly.
5) During exercises, they must pair with other group members, not each other.
The essence of the retreat is doing many exercises and connecting with various participants. While they may occasionally pair up, they must mainly connect with others.
6) Both members must honestly commit to these conditions, or they may be sent home.
If it becomes apparent that one or both members were not honest about these points, both will be asked to leave the retreat.
