Dear Integral Friends,

We invite you to a deep, experiential integral witner retreat, that includes embodied group work, music and movements, and experiencing an integral lifestyle?

Also including authentic sharing, deep silent meditations and meaningful conversations. The retreat includes entering the New Year together!

We believe that spending New Year's Eve in this way is one of the best ways to enter 2024, and many of us have been celebrating New Year's together in this spirit for years. We will transition into the new year through meditation or dance, depending on where the group is by midnight on 31st December from the flow. The retreat is bi-lingual, Hungarian and English. We admit only few non-Hungarians, who will have the unique opportunity the be with locals, that adds a whole new interestign and healing dimension. Hungarians have their special lower left quadrant reality, with a warm and loving, and also deep- thinking collective interior.

The integral retreat is a liberating space, representing one of the best and most sophisticated forms of psychological work in both opening to higher stages and states and working on earlier stage patterns. It is a sanctuary of human beauty and positive states, where the consciousness expands and human connections deepen.

The term "vacation" comes from the Latin "vacatio", which aligns with the concept of Zen emptiness: true vacation is when, liberated from the shackles of our ego, we become spiritually free. We sprinkle this with a pinch of festivity on the last day of the year.

The aim of the retreat is to bring together those who appreciate the integral approach for six days, and to have time to make deeper friendship, get to know each other, deepen and rise together in the beautiful peak and often transformative experiences of their lives.
According to feedback from previous participants, such retreats recharged them for several months.

We guarantee that during the 6 days:
• You will experience a positive, non-ordinary and post-conventional collective
• You will have a heart opening experience, and meet abundant love
• You will enjoy a deeply authentic space that progressively opens up
• You will meet like-minded people
• The facilitating team is at expert level in integral psychotherapy and facilitation, led by Bence Gánti for 27 years

SPECIAL RULES FOR COUPLES, SPOUSES, AND RELATIVES

Integral retreats are intensive, experiential, self-awareness therapy groups. These retreats are primarily designed for individuals who seek to work on themselves independently. Therefore, the case of couples, spouses, and relatives is considered special in such groups, and one can attend by sincerely adhering to the following guidelines and rules. Conscious couples, spouses, or relatives (e.g., mother-daughter, father-daughter, father-son, mother-son, etc.) may sometimes seek a slightly introspective vacation with a touch of self-awareness. However, these retreats go deeper, and they are not suitable for such purposes. At times, one member of the couple or relatives is ready for the work and tries to convince or bring the other along, urging them to "develop", but the other may not be ready for it. A person cannot be forced into a deep process, it is a form of psychological violence, even if we claim that we want good for them. The dynamics are evident even in this situation.

Because of these factors, to ensure the protection of both the couple and each individual within the group, we accept couples, spouses, and close relatives under the following conditions and by adhering to the specified rules.

  1. Both members of the couple or relatives must voluntarily and independently apply and come to the retreat. One member of the couple cannot persuade or "drag" the other against their will.
  2. Both members of the couple or relatives must apply separately and independently to the retreat. Everyone needs to apply individually, using their own email address. They must sign up and fill out the application form or sheet independently. They cannot fill it out for each other, citing "practicality" or "time-saving", etc. The application process plays a psychological role in the overall process.
  3. Both parties must indicate during the application and on the application form that their partner or relative is also participating and name who that is. From the beginning, they openly acknowledge and communicate their relationship with the organizers, group leader, and other group members.
  4. Both members of the couple or relatives must stay and sleep in separate rooms. They cannot share a room; instead, they will be in separate rooms, with other participants of the same gender.
  5. During the exercises, they must practice with other group members, not with each other. The essence of the retreat is to perform numerous exercises and connect with many different people during these activities. Members of the couple or relatives must participate in these activities in the same way and cannot stick together. Occasionally, they can practice with each other, but for the most part, they need to connect with others.
  6. Both parties must honestly adhere to the points; otherwise, they may be sent home. If it is discovered during the retreat that one or both members of the couple or relatives were not sincere and did not come and participate according to the previous points, both members will be sent home, and they cannot continue the retreat.
